About the Author & Terms of Use

A note on authorship, neutrality, and the protected use of this constitutional proposal.

This proposal was created independently by an ordinary citizen on the island of Irelandwithout political affiliation, without external funding, and without institutional influence.

It began not in a boardroom or commission, but with lived experience, shaped by a deep belief that dignity, parity, and peace must be available to all.

Developed with limited resources — a phone, a quiet space, and a sense of purpose — the Parity Accord evolved from conviction, not authority.
The author has a learning disability, attended a special school, and offers this work not for status or reward, but to prove that solutions of national importance can come from the margins, guided by principle alone.

The Accord builds directly on the Good Friday Agreement and proposes a lawful, balanced, and future-facing constitutional model that honours all identities without dominance.
It replaces ideology with design, and pressure with structure.

There are no hidden agendas behind this work.
It carries no personal ambition, no political loyalty, and seeks no fame, favour, or control.
It is shared anonymously to preserve neutrality, ensure the message stands apart from its messenger, and uphold the very principle the model defends: Parity of Esteem.

The framework, language, visual design, and constitutional model are protected by international copyright and intellectual-property law.
Permission is granted for public engagement, official consultation, and institutional consideration — provided that any adaptation preserves the model’s structural integrity and honours its founding principles.

The right is reserved to step forward only if misrepresentation occurs, credit is falsely claimed, or the work is exploited for private gain.
Until such a moment arises, the author remains anonymous — not to hide, but to honour the values of service, structure, and stewardship.

This is not an act of ownership, but a gesture of release.
It is offered freely — not to government, not to party, but to the people of Ireland, North and South.
Let it serve not as a claim, but as a compass — one that points not to victory, but to shared peace.
